I love Tahini. It's tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.
Tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste), about a cup
Crushed garlic, about two cloves
Lemon juice from one lemon
Salt
Water
Exact amounts - according to your own taste.
Put tahini first, then add garlic, lemon and salt. Add a bit of water and mix. Add more water and mix until you get nice smooth dip.
Great as is with pita bread and also wonderful as salad dressing.
