yams - skillet fudge
Skillet Fudge
2 cups sugar
2 sqs. baking chocolate or 4 tbls. cocoa powder
2 tbls. Karo syrup
3/4 cup milk
Boil all ingredients until soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbls. margarine. DO NOT STIR.
Let cool 30 minutes. Add chopped nuts if desired.
Stir together and pour into buttered dish.
