Sure I would! When I was a bit younger I actually might have won! I've been working on my feet for so long now that my knees would actually scream and moan if I tried this now.
Nowadays, when I wear my nice high heel shoes or boots it is expressly understood that I have very little walking to do.

I don't see high heels or tight skirts or any other things women do to look attractive as exploiting women. That's a label that someone else wants to attach to it. Wearing heels or whatever is a matter of personal preference. If you like wearing them and like the way you feel about yourself when you wear them (or, again, anything that is done to make one more attractive) then it's no more important an issue than which cereal to eat for breakfast.

How can we sleep while our beds are burning???

Heck yeah! I never ever wore heels less than 3-4" until I got well into my 40s. I loved the way my legs looked in them and I always liked to be dressed up.
