ISO Baby Crawl Toy

SO has seen a small, soft, battery-powered toy that is used to encourage a baby to crawl. You set it down in front of a baby on the floor and it vibrates, moves, and such to attract the baby's attention and encourages the baby the go after it.

Any idea who sells these and where I can find them? I haven't been able to find them.
