Well, there years of hanging out in mainly American cooking forums and I had no idea your ovens don't come with grillers (broilers, or in our house - gorillas)
And I didn't know the American difference in the two words. I just assumed broiling was indoors and grilling was outdoors! I didn't know about the heat above/heat below the food thing.
It's like a light bulb going off in my head!
