Well, there years of hanging out in mainly American cooking forums and I had no idea your ovens don't come with grillers (broilers, or in our house - gorillas)

And I didn't know the American difference in the two words. I just assumed broiling was indoors and grilling was outdoors! I didn't know about the heat above/heat below the food thing.

It's like a light bulb going off in my head!

Oh they do kyles. Well most do at least. The newer model ovens have the broiler inside the actual over. The older style have a broiler tray that slides out from under the oven.
