Here's one that'll use up some of that sherry you have hanging around!

SHERRY-GLAZED RIBS

4 servings

1 8oz.can tomato sauce
1 cup dry sherry
½ cup honey
2T white vinegar
1T Worchester.sauce
1tsp.onion powder
¼ cup oil
2T garlic salt
1T black pepper
2lb.country style ribs

Bring tomato sauce, sherry, honey, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce and onion powder to boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes, til mixture looks glazed. Rub both sides of ribs with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook ribs with lid down over medium low coals for 35-40 minutes; turn ribs; cook lid down for 30-35 minutes longer. Brush with sherry glaze; turn over; cook lid down for 10-15 minutes, or til ribs are cooked through. Brush again with glaze, and serve.
