Butter Tarts
Bee Hive Corn Syrup Butter Tarts
2 Eggs 1Cup Corn Syrup (250ml) 1/4Cup (50ml) 1Cup Sugar (I use half brown and white) 1/4Cup Butter melted (50ml) 1tsp. Vanilla (5ml) (I always double my vanilla love it) 1Cup Raisins (250ml) (I use the darker raisins to add color) 24-3inch Tart Shells or 48 mini Tart Shells In bowl, beat eggs lightly with fork. Add corn syrup, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. Spoon raisins into tart shells, pour in syrup mixture two-thirds full. Bake in 350(180C) oven for 20-25 minutes. Your gonna love this one. YUMYUM.;) |
