Gingersnap Pear Cheesecake

This looks really interesting to me and thought I'd pass it on. We are chocolate fans in this house and this recipe will probably be bypassed many times, without a chance for me to ever make it. Looks like a good holiday dessert. If you do make it, let me know how it turns out.
