We ate the ribs tonight after marinating for for two days.
I chopped up 2/3 of the meat.
I served them with lettuce cups.Shredded carrot,asian basil,sprouts,cilantro,jicama shreds,cilantro, and thin sliced cabbage.
I also made some glass noodle to add to the lettuce rolls.
The dipping sauce I made was a combo of sambal,rice wine vinegar,fish sauce,jarred chopped garlic,simple syrup and honey.
