Well, we'll find out because I just threw a pork loin into the slow cooker about an hour ago, slathered well with both honey and mustard. I did take a fork and poke holes all over before I applied the honey mustard. Hopefully, some of that will penetrate into the pork loin. The recipe I have does say to add some honey mustard over the pork before serving, too.

Not the way I would cook a lean cut like pork loin, but I hope it came out good. Honey and mustard are good with pork. Let's see what GG thinks.
