I got a small package (1.7 lbs) of sliced boneless honey baked ham for dinner tonight. It looks like the ham is sliced all the way through, so cooking it like a spiral cut ham isn’t an option. Anybody have an idea about how to make it special?

Thanks! I like pineapple, and a brown sugar glaze sounds easy enough.

But how to prepare? Pineapple in an oven proof dish topped with individual ham slices, then brushed with the glaze?

You're welcome [emoji2] Let me know how you like it. I have a small ham in the freezer.
The hamcame out perfectly! Even Mark liked it. He usually won’t touch pork unless it’s accompanied by applesauce, but he ate this up, and asked me to save the leftover glaze!

Thanks again!

I like the sound of that recipe too GG. Actually, I'm on a pineapple kick lately and think I'll do that with a ham slice for New Years Day.

Glad you meal was a hit Joel. :santa:
