Sorry to hi-jack this topic but I didn't want to start a new thread.

I just bought a 13 pound Smithfield bone in UNCOOKED country ham. I ordered it off of Amazon so I don't have any cooking directions in front of me. I'm curious to see what kind of cooking time and temp this hunk-o-meat will take.

I would have just bought a ham at the local grocer but all they have a spiral cut hams. I don't like spiral cut since it dries out so fast and easy. Plus, I want the larger humks for making soup on the 26th.
