We are new to this site. In fact I am new to the internet all together. This will be the first year my husband will go hunting, since we married 7 yrs. ago. I know nothing about cooking venison. I guess this is the year I learn to do alot of new things. I had my first garden, canned for the first time,& growing new trees from seed. So any advise in gardening, canning, sewing and cooking venison would be greatly appreciated.

Wow! Glad you joined DC! Looks like the place for you. About venison maybe a quick search would help - at the top of the page open the search tab and ask for venison - posts. I'll bet there are alot. Sounds like you are in a life changing adventure from somewhere to hunting!
