Hello to All-
Here in the middle of Southern Wisconsin it is raining and I can only feel sorry for the Texans that are now wondering where they are going to live. Having been through floods and tornadoes, I know there is hope, but it takes a while for everything to be normal again.
I am 57 years old and have worked in food service all of my life.( Taking a short break, working in manufacturing vitamins.) Now I am a baker for a school system. We have gotten all of our products below 30% fat, as required by the Federal Government and hope to set a president for the years to come. Sorry, not more yummy, fat-filled choc chip cookies from this bakery.
Probably by the time the kids that are in kindergarten now get to High School I will be retired. But, I still hope to keep tabs on how the program is going.
