Hello

I wanted to introduce myself. I like to cook and would be very glad to hear some high altitude cooking hints from anyone! Thanks

Hi there PoorCooker, welcome to DC! I'm low altitude, so I can't offer much help to you there. But just wanted to say "Come on in and make yourself at home!!!"

Welcome, PC. Sorry. The closest I've gotten to cooking at high altitude is the base of the 1st pic.
Now I'm 8' above sea level. Stick around though. Someone aught
to jump in.
