I am new here, but i have checked things out and hopefully I will not do anything too stupid. I love to try new things, even if it is someone else's family recipe, it may be new to me.

I read the thread on favorite spices, there are so many! However I use a whole lot of white pepper. The flavor/condiment that I would like to try is gochujang.
