A little introduction... I am a classically trained chef, I lean heavely in french. I have only worked in 4-5 star restaurants. I love to cook. I have taken a break from the kitchen to have a life. I love to learn and teach about cooking.

Hope I will be able to help alot of people here, and to learn from others.

I've always thought I would love to take cooking classes, but never had the time. Now that there are only the two of us most of the time and our meals usually last 15 minutes. I don't want to spend a lot of time cooking a meal that is put away so quickly. Most of the time I cook something that can have more than one meal from it - roast, chicken,etc. It beats having to reinvent the wheel every day.
