I was guided to this site through a friend of mine. I belong to a few other web forums and love to visit each one every day. It looks like this one will also be rewarding. I love to cook and have been doing so for many years. My wife works 8-9 hours a day so I try to have dinner ready for her when she gets home. We don't always see eye to eye on how things taste but she has only turned down 1 or 2. I like to try different things and have found many things we like. I hope to learn more here. No expert here just a person looking for good food. I raise a small flock of chickens for amusement and eggs. I also love to build and fly rc airplanes. I am a certified flight instructor of our flying club here in NE Ohio. John
