Hi Everyone. I'm new here. I've been cooking for a few years, I think I have a pretty good handle on it, but I quite often have questions. I've read many posts here and think this would be a great place for me to learn much more. Hopefully I'll be able to help with some of the questions asked here.
Hello im new at this too. I found this looking for a response on wild mushrooms. I love coreens or "hen of the woods" and want to learn how to can them. My grandmother used to can them in a "anti pasta" and I dont know how to make it and am just learning to can.
