Talking Newbie from the south!

Hello!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I just came across this forum today and it looks like a great place to share and learn

I just started my own website for Cast Iron Skillet recipes and am scouring the web trying to get input from others on what types of recipes and information people are interested in. I hope to learn alot from you all here!

Cheers

Welcome, Jen. You'll love the people here. They are fun and friendly as well as knowledgeable and sharing. Check out the Thread about CIS seasoning. I was raised in the south, so I'll be looking for some of your recipes about cast iron cooking as well as any southern style recipes.

Jump right in, you are welcome here.
