Do you mean the wok stick with the food? nope I don't think so, if u cook kind of food like..ehm let say tofu.. the oil must be little bit more than you cook you nugget (maybe) and make sure that it is hot enough before you put the tofu inside.After that reduce the flame and don't do anything with the tofu.It's won't stick to your wok when getting dry, but sometimes it need a little help from you to unstick the tofu from wok
