I really like tahini but all I ever make with it is hummus, not that that's bad.
I've never come across anything else calling for it, if anyone has something please share!
 
I love HP sauce from Englad, and also love Midle Eastern pomagranete sauce, it is kind of like molasses.

You cab use Tahini as is. Put inside pita bread ad some choped grilled chicken or even ground meat, some griled vegies, yum.
