It's perfect for pizza, a 12 inch size . If I am planning a bigger sized pizza I would use the regular oven. Also can use the cuisinart oven for roasting, baking, broiling.
I plan to do the Artisan bread in it , I read that I don't have to steam the oven , like I would have to in the regular oven or use the dutch oven , just put the bread on the baking stone that came with the unit.
