On another cooking site, a very special lady said that she had a very rare Hobart C-100 pastry knife leftover from when she sold her mixer.
I inquired about the possibility of buying the pastry knife for the Hobart C-100 I am loaning to a church. Guess what this kind lady said?
She is going to donate the pastry knife to the church as soon as she locates it in her storage!
This lady has never met me, but we have "talked" on WACEM and the EGullet. I had posted previously about buying the Hobart C-100 for the church, so she knew about this.
