Ice Cream Maker Help- DeLonghi 8500

I received the Delonghi 8500 icecream maker a few years ago as a gift. The insturction manual is missing so it sits and sits. We tried it once but it just didn't work. The Delonghi site was useless.

Anyone with expereince with this machine?

Thanks,

That happened with me a few years ago.

The manual that came with the Gelato TA-109 somehow mysteriously got lost!

After becoming fed up and angry trying to find it, I had to call Lello Appliances Corp., the co. that makes the machine and ask for a new one. It was sent to me and I received it with no problems at all.
