Who has been using a Sous Vide oven?

Any thoughts - tips, ideas?

Wish I could tell you. I've been drooling over them since just before they were released. Several times I've almost pulled the trigger, but it's hard to drop nearly $500 on it since I'm single and do most my cooking at work. Maybe this fall I'll bite the bullet and finally buy one.
If we're not supposed to eat animals, then how come they're made out of meat?
