Besides paninis I already do veggies like onions, peppers, garlic, quesadillas & maybe some other stuff. What else can I do with it?

You can cook a steak on it, chicken breasts, anything you would use a George Foreman for. I make a mixture of cream cheese, different cooked and crumbled sausages, seasonings, and stuff baby sweet peppers with the mixture. Put them on the grill and let them get some good grill marks on them. Place them alongside or on top of a salad.

I do portobella's too - marinate in olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary for a couple hours then toss them on the press. I let them cook for a pretty long time as I like mine really done.
