This may not be authentic, but it's an easy dish to put together and a great way to use up leftovers i.e. beef/steak, shrimp, crab, etc. Hoisin can be found in the ethnic condiment section of the market.

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat and thinly sliced, about 8 ounces
1 bunch scallions, washed, dried and diagonally sliced into 1-inch strips
1 16-ounce bag shredded cabbage for coleslaw
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup Teriyaki Baste and Glaze
1/4 cup water
8 flour tortillas
Hoisin sauce
Place a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat. Add the oil and pork slices and saute 1 minute. Add the scallions, cabbage, carrots and mushrooms. Stir well, and saute 3 minutes.
While the pork and vegetables cook, combine the garlic, Teriyaki baste and water in a small bowl. Pour over pork and vegetable mixture, stirring well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, until vegetables are very tender.
Spread the tortillas with desired amount of Hoisin sauce, and top with some of the pork and cabbage mixture.
