Yummy, I'd love to dive into a big plate of this right now! I may have to try it soon, as - and get this - DH actually tried broc in my pressence for the first time ever last week (I made myself some with cheese sauce and he took a couple bites, proving that wonders never cease :LOL:), so perhaps I could get him to try this too!

The "Monastery" cookbook those recipes are from are quite nice. I believe there's three of them - one "from the garden", one for salads, & one for soups. I gave the soup one to a soup-loving aunt as a gift & she said the recipes were fabulous.
