Tech Question Please Help

Ok as everyone can see I am a newbie, so please bear with me on this. When I signed up I seem to have clicked "email notification" of some sort as everytime I respond to a thread I get an email everytime someone responds. How do I turn this off? My email is getting flooded and I don't see a help option anywhere.

Go to your "User CP" option on your toolbar, and then "options", which is on the far left. You can edit your email notifications from there.

I changed it to no notification for you. Is that what you would like?

another possibility: when you respond to a thread there is a small pull-down-menu right below the text-field where you can decide

Thank you Alix!!! I wondered why I suddenly stopped receiving the emails as soon as I created this thread. Thanks again for your help, this board is so friendly.
