Here is my new recipe :chef:

DOUGH

320g butter/margarine

400g flour

100g caster sugar

120g grind nuts

2 spoons grind chocolate



FILLING

2 whole eggs

2 spoons starch

1 vanilla

100g sugar

140g butter

50g chocolate

2 spoons rum



DIRECTIONS

Mix flour, sugar, nuts and chocolate. Add thick cutted butter and knead dough. Nuts models fill to 2/3 and bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees 15min. When they are baked, put them on surface and wait to cool down. Mix well eggs, starch, sugar, vanilla and cook in water bath to thicken. You must all time mixing. Melt chocolate in water bath. Well mix mass, add cooled cream and mix. Add slowly melted chocolate and rum.
