What’s your favourite dish with lamb?

Hi,

I cook from lamb Indian curries made with lean meat. I also cook from lamb Lamb Biryani, Lamb Roast that is cooked in the oven, kebab that is made from ground lamb, and shish kebab that comes from lamb cubes. My favorite is kebab served with white rice that is made from ground lamb.
