It's a kitchen APPLIANCE makover from KitchenAid. You get new appliances, not a new kitchen.

You can certainly get nice new appliances for $10K!

new cabinets, counters and floors. As high end appliances as I can afford and an immersion circulator.

New cabinets so my counter top would be higher. Our kitchen was built for a a woman that was 5'2" and I am 5'9".

Dixie_Amazon You can remove your counter tops and use a build up to make them higher Most counter tops are 36" from finished floor. I haven't seen any higher than 38" I'm licensed contractor ( C6 ) here in California When you use a build up it just makes the the front drop a little bigger, but this also a chance to make a nice detail at the frount edge also.
