Bonefish Grill has this great side dish - believe they call it a garnish(?) Anyone have any suggestions for cooking and seasoning these ingredients. Any add in suggestion?
Thanks!

well try some mint on zucchini and some bio olive oil just to give an example.

Then fresh parsley, salt, balsamic vinegar!

zuccini, onions, tomatoes, butter olive oil, cheeeeese all stir fried. The family recipe called for mayonaisse and three types of cheese, but I have not been so bold to use mayonaisse. I like to cook them until they are soft from steaming under the covered pan, but some of the family fries them until they are a bit burnt.

The reason why I love adding a bit of Italian seasoning is to give it a bit of a rattatouille flavor without slaving over it!! Good luck in finding your favorite rendition of any recipe!

Thanks so much! Going to cook it tonight. I'm ashamed to say - hope my balsamic vinegar is okay as I haven't used it in a while. :ermm:
