Okay I never had this brand of pizza in a VERRRRRYYYY long time, but for the first time in like forever I wanted a pizza from this chain.
The Smokehouse pizza has gone national after a trial run in 2016. After first hearing about this pizza in 2016 I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT!
Included on this pizza is BBQ sauce, Beef Brisket, pulled pork, Apllewood-smoked bacon, and a smokehouse-seasoned crust.
One large pizza is 9 bucks plus tax.
I get to the place hoping I can get a hot and ready pizza to go, but that just did not happen. I had to wait to try out this pizza.
I tried a couple of slices and was not that impressed with the pizza.
Yes it looks amazing.
Yes it did not taste awful, but none of the meat ingredients stood out as special.
ANDDDD... It sure was sweet, but a bit too sweet imo.
Not even the crust was amazing.
I just did not find this pizza that special in the end.
I can only give this limited time offering pizza a thumbs in the middle. If you love sweet BBQ sauce and pizza this might be for you.
