I really like making this sauce for pizza, its a lovely fresh mix of plum tomatoes, oil, fresh thyme and oregano (from my garden if you please!), garlic, onions, and malt vinegar.
You slow roast the mix in a low oven (Gas Mark one, I don't know what this is in american money). Its a low heat for a good hour and a half.
Then blitz it. Fab.
