I complained to a waiter the oyster sauce contained no oysters,
he said "well theres no steak in your steak sauce"
But, there is oyster in most oyster sauce, even though there are no whole oysters in it. There are also soybeans, but no whole soybeans, in my soy sauce.

I have heard of vegan oyster sauce.

I think he's saying that the lobster sauce is *for* lobster, like steak sauce is for steak.

That looks and sounds great CaseyDog. I saved it along with a tag as I usually try to do as to where I got it from which came out as CD/DC my son will think I've just mis-spelled the group! Rock on!

Along the lines of Dumplings, there's a snack type of dish that is fabulous!
Crispy Gau Gee.

I make a batch of these for Lunar New Year each year (when I can that is).
Simply put, they're deep-fried dumplings in a rectangular shape.
I use store-bought won ton wrappers and make my own filling to our taste.
You can do a WWW search for recipes and make one your own @GilliAnne

Something I love to make with ground pork is deconstructed egg rolls. Grab a bag of pre-cut coleslaw mix add soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sambal and you are good to go.
