about 1/4 L/ 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
42g/1.5 ounces fresh yeast
1/2 cup sugar
750gr/1.65 pounds boiled potatoes
crush the potatoes with a fork, don't mind if there still little pieces
prepare a batter with the other ingredients, add the potatoe mass.
The batter should be rather firm, so be careful with the milk
let it rest for some time, kenad well and form two loafes.
rest again and preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F.
score the loafes before baking and bake for about 1h.
