Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of boneless beef stew cut into 1" cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 stalks of celery cut up
1 cup onion
1 can condensed beef broth
1 can garbanzo beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes in juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crumbled oregano
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
Dredge beef cubes in flour. Brown meat well in hot oil. Add onion brown slightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer cover for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over egg noodles
