I'm thinking of getting the new type of non-stick cookware which is PFOA-free and PTFE-free. Which brand do you think is the best? Some brands saturating the TV in Australia at the moment include: Flavourstone, Free N Ezi and StoneDine.
This may or may not be what you're looking for (and if you're not exactly on a budget) but I have been using a set made by Nutri-Stahl, it's stainless steel, however, it works perfectly for just about anything, and I have never once had anything stick in it... Baked a cake in one of the pots on the stove top not using oil, or any kind of fat (in place of fat/oil I used cabbage, carrot, and apple)... Popped right out, no problem. They are a bit on the pricey side though, coming in at about I want to say somewhere between like $1,500 and $3,500... Sorry for the inaccurate price and big gap, it's been a while. Haha
I hope that is a price for a whole set!? We bought one Danspan 12", deep side skillet with lid for $300.00. Oven safe, non-stick with lifetime warranty.
$1000 per piece for nonstick cookware is the very definition of "INSANITY"
regrets being bearer of bad news, however Woll non-stick diamond and titanium cookware uses PTFE aka Teflon.
the titanium line is not made of titanium. it's a cast aluminum pan. titanium is sputtered on the interior surface before the PTFE is applied.
