Hello,

I am new to this site, but need some help. I made Chex Mix last night and realized this morning I did not put the Worcestershire Sauce in the mix. It tastes very bland. Would you mix another batch of butter and spices with the Worcestershire Sauce and just bake again?

Thank you
Teresa

I would spread the existing mix onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, sprinkle Lee & Perrin's Worcestershire sauce all over the mis, the bake it in a 300'oven to dry it out. Or combine the Lee & Perrin's with a little fish sauce, and sriracha to add more umami flavor, and a little kick, mix it into the chex mix, in a bowl, then bake it until dry.

You shoud have no trouble, as long as the oven temperature is kept at 300' F. ol less, no matter what flavorings you want to add.
