These burgers are better when the patties are not real thick. You have to remember they will not shrink like beef patties do. Change things up by adding your favorite BBQ sauce and mustard.

CHIPOTLE PORK BURGERS
1 pound(s) GROUND PORK
3/4 cup(s) BREAD CRUMBS; Dry.
2 GREEN ONIONS; Chopped.
1 tablespoon(s) GARLIC; Minced.
1 tablespoon(s) MUSTARD; Spicy Brown, I Used Gulden's.
3 tablespoon(s) BARBECUE SAUCE; Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle Sauce.
1/2 teaspoon(s) BLACK PEPPER
1/2 teaspoon(s) THYME; Dried.
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) SAGE; Rubbed.
PEPPER JACK CHEESE; Slices.

Mix together all the above ingredients except cheese.
Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Form into 4 or 5 patties.
Spray BBQ grill with some no-stick cooking spray.
Grill patties on BBQ until done.
Just before serving, place a slice of cheese on each pattie and spread more BBQ sauce over top of pattie.
Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
