Hi everyone! I'm new here. This is my first post. I come from Slovenia, so ingredients arent measured in US. I apologiste for this. So here is recipe for Christmas hats ...
150g soft flour
100g sugar
100g soften butter
50g grind hazel-nut
1 vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs
1 vanilla pudding
2,5dl milk
100g butter or margerine
100g vanilla sugar
100g white chocolate
100g black chocolate
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs(must be foamy). Add saft flour with vanilla pudding and grind hazel-nut. Mix in to the smooth dough. Put cooking paper on the baking tin, then smear melt margarine and then put over dough. Beak 20 min on 180 degress. Cool down dough and crumble it.
Cook vanilla pudding with 2,5dl milk. When is cold, mixed butter(foamy) or margarine with sugar and add cold pudding. At the end, mix crumbs. Must be firmly mass. Shape cookie. Approx. 70 cookies.
Top end dip in the white chocolate, then put on the top candied cherry and wait to become hard. Then pour arround bottom end with black chocolate. In the end, put christmas cookies in some nice papers.
