Hello,
I have started researching copper cookware but the discussion information I have come across is several years old and most of it appears inaccurate. For example, people discuss tin-lined Mauviel items but the only items on their website are SS lined. People talk about different thickness available from Sur La Table versus Williams Sonoma but it seems they carry the same Mauviel lines with identical dimensions. People also swear by the products and prices available at E Dehillerin but the prices in Euros on their website do not represent savings over purchasing in the USA and suggested brands are not available on their website. Can anyone suggest 2.5mm+ tin-lined manufacturers? I know tin-lined requires more maintenance but I value the non-stick nature of tin more than the additional upkeep.
Thank you for your thoughts,
Rob
