I have a 5 quart corningware casserole that I recently acquired and want to know if it would be necessary when doing a large casserole in it to adjust the temperature. It's like a Dutch Oven...quite deep.

No, I don't think it would be necessary to change the oven temperature if you're cooking meat. Bread is very heat sensitive to the type of pan it's baked in.
