Master Chef
2 cups of sliced raw zucchini
1 cup of raw fresh or frozen sweetcorn
1 cup of frozen peas
2 raw carrots julliened or small dice.
1 cup of raw cauliflower florets cut into bite size bits
1 small purple onion finely chopped
Dressing
1 and a half cups of mayo
1 tsp of hot mustard
1/4 cup of sweetened condensedmilk
2 dashes of tabasco sauce
salt and black pepper to taste
milk to thin if sauce is too thick.
Mix all veg in a large bowl, stir in the dressing and refridgerate till needed.
This salad is much nicer than it sounds. Always a hit at a BBQ.
