I've taken out German Sausages. Might cut them up and make pasta or serve them with mash and veggies. Not sure yet!
I picked up a boneless pork loin the other week. I'm planning to slice it into thick chops and grill them Not sure what the sides will be, but I have all day to think about that.
sausage casserole.... Mark loved it.... I just have to find the recipe now.
Grilled kielbasa and baked cinnamon sweet potato with a garden cuke for a veggie.
We love them this way. Just mashed with a little butter and cinnamon.
Maybe breakfast.
