I roasted it in the toaster oven last night, mashed and mixed it with salt, and spread it on toasted ciabatta bread. It was okay. Not as sweet as regular roasted garlic gets and since it was sold without the skin, the surface had dried out some and left the outside a little tough. I might buy it to make Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, but that's it.
