This is awesome!!! It's another tried & true recipe from my kitchen to yours:
HAMBURGER & POTATO SKILLET
3 cups frozen mini potato nuggets (or regular tater tots) from 28 oz pkg
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1/4 cup milk
1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
4 oz (1 cup) shreeded American cheese (or whatever you like)
Prepare potato nuggets as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook ground beef and garlic over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
Add green beans, milk, and soup. Mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cook 6-8 minutes or until green beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Add cheese; stir until melted. Top with cooked potato nuggets.
