Last night's salad was:
Green lettuce from the garden
steamed and cooled asparagus in 1 inch pieces
small slices of tomato
3 T cottage cheese (set to the side)
salted roasted sunflower seeds
dressing: in a blender until smooth
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
1 yellow onion
2 T sweet paprika
1/2 cup sugar
1 T salt
Any ideas for tomorrow?
